It enables you to remotely access and control a whole range of information and functions, keeping you connected with your Solterra – even when you’re not in it.

Home Screen & Garage

The home screen gives you easy access to all main features the Subaru Care App has to offer which means you can see key information at glance, adjust climate control, check the status of the car and remotely set-up charging times all from the palm of your hand.

Battery Management & Remote Charging

Remotely control charging your Solterra from the palm of your hand with the SUBARU Care app. You can not only check the battery status and track charging progress, but also schedule your charging time so you can take advantage of cheaper off-peak electricity tariffs.

Remote Climate Control

Your Solterra, your way. That’s the beauty of remote climate control, which lets you schedule the car to be pre-heated or pre-cooled at a specific time, so you’ll always head off in absolute comfort. Ideal for cold winter mornings or hot summer days.

Vehicle Status & Remote Car Lock

Use the app to remotely check if Solterra’s doors are securely locked and the windows closed. If there’s a problem, the app will enable you to lock the doors without even having to leave your house.

Advanced Controls

You can prepare for your journeys in advance by searching for directions on your mobile phone and sending them directly to your car from the comfort of your own home.

Activation Process

Get connected to your vehicle by downloading the Subaru Care App. Once downloaded to your device, create an account and begin adding your Solterra to the app. Once your vehicle is connected, you can access and control a whole range of information and functions.
